"We recently used Smart Window Company for a complete residential window replacement, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Andrea was such a pleasure to work with! From the initial quote to navigating the architectural review and HOA requirements, their team was incredibly professional, communicative, and easy to work with. They made what could have been a stressful home improvement project run incredibly smoothly. The installation crew was punctual, clean, and respectful of our home. The quality of the new windows is fantastic—we can already feel a massive difference in insulation and overall energy efficiency, and they look beautiful. If you are looking for a reliable, professional window company that delivers excellent craftsmanship and great customer service, I highly recommend Smart Window Company!"

"We've just had 4 windows installed by Smart Window Company. The process is 100%. Exactly like the advertisement. Easy quote. No pressure, online, the prices were the best out of all of the quotes we got by a long shot. Pedro came out then for final measurements , and in three weeks he came back to install. Pedro went over and above to do a quality install. The windows look great and are of great quality. Get all of your quotes first and then call these guys. You won't be sorry! In addition the after install phone calls to follow up were very well appreciated!"

"From beginning to end it was a great experience. It's true when they say no pressure to buy. No going back and forth like some other companies. Just a fair estimate with the best price already presented. Other companies made me feel like I was buying a used car. Just give me the price and let me decide! They came out and showed us how the windows are made and answered all our questions about the install process. After getting more estimates, it was an easy decision for us to go with Smart Windows. The install crew were efficient and so courteous! They cleaned up after themselves and worked around our schedule since we work at home. Really can't say enough about how great our experience was and we love the windows!"

"I spent a lot of time comparing a number of companies and got bids from three. One of the draws for choosing Smart Window Co. was that what Tony said on Instagram about being a "no pressure" company was really true. From beginning to end all they wanted was for us to get a really good product for a good price and they delivered on both. One bid we got from another company was so out of our price range and the sit down time with the sales person was filled with a lot of pressure to sign the contract that day... which was an instant turn off for me. Another bid came in around the price Smart Window gave us, but the guarantee was nowhere as good as with Smart Window. Every person I dealt with was pleasant and willing to help in anyway they could. The installation was a one day job and the installers were amazing and left everything spotless. My wife and I could not be happier about our experience with Smart Window, and I believe you will be pleased as well."

"Had such a great experience with Smart Window Company. We got three windows replaced and the process was amazingly smooth. All of their claims about no pressure are spot on. They make it a point to educate you on everything so you are comfortable moving forward. Their honesty and thoroughness is refreshing. Never once doubted that I was making the right choice because of their process. Got the windows installed and we love them!"

"We were delighted to find Smart Window Company. We only need 3 windows replaced, but that made no difference. The sales call was not pressured, and all aspects of the company and the installation was covered. Windows arrived earlier than anticipated, and installation occurred within days. We told the installer that he left our floors cleaner than when he arrived! There were no surprises with the billing. When we asked about a small minor adjustment, it was quickly solved a few days after installation."

"I have work done by Smart Window company prior to this recent home window improvement. I must say they have great customer service and great pricing along with quality workmanship . The install was smooth, professional, and clean. I highly recommend them to anyone!"

"Wow, I love all the people involved with our project. 26 windows replaced in 2 days by 3 wonderful young men who pulled off a miracle with areas I could not see how they could be done. Most of our windows were painted shut with screens not replaced. Brian, Byron and Charlie renewed my faith in professionals who went beyond the call of duty. These “Smart Windows” glide open and shut with ease and are beautiful. They are so nice in fact, we, leave most of the blinds open. We certainly get amazing compliments on the beautification of our home. Sincerely, LC, a very satisfied customer for life. Thank you Smart Windows !"

"We just upgraded all of our windows from single pane aluminum windows to dual pane vinyl and couldn't be happier! Everyone was very helpful from the initial visit with Paul, to the owner Tom coming on a Friday to do the final measurements to accommodate our schedule, and Brian and his installation crew installing 9 windows in less than 6 hours! The window quality is stellar, the noise in our house has significantly reduced and it looks so modern and clean. They have a great warranty too, look no further!"
